Many people think that bad breath is caused by not brushing teeth cleanly or eating strong-smelling food, but in fact, most of it is caused by the accumulation of dampness and toxins in the body. The dampness and toxins in the lungs, spleen and other organs cannot be discharged normally, which will cause oral diseases, such as oral ulcers, caries, bad breath and other problems. In severe cases, it can also cause toothache and other problems.

Symptoms such as itchy skin and physical fatigue mean that dampness and toxins cannot be discharged from the body, so they are easily discharged through the skin. The skin is the largest way for the body to detoxify, but the ability of dampness and toxins to be discharged through the skin is limited. Once affected by external conditions, it will be blocked, leading to problems such as itchy skin. If dampness and toxins cannot be discharged for a long time, they will accumulate in the body, and you will feel very tired over time.

Exercise detoxifies, exercise and humidity are mutually reinforcing. People who don't like to exercise tend to have more dampness and toxins in their bodies, while people who like to exercise have relatively less dampness and toxins in their bodies. With sweating during exercise, blood circulation is promoted, and water metabolism in the body is accelerated, so dampness and toxins in the body are naturally reduced. People who exercise regularly are also exposed to better air environment, which is more conducive to the body's metabolism.

Control your diet. Try to choose light food in your daily diet, especially avoid greasy and fried food, as these foods will affect the body's normal metabolism. Many people like to eat raw and cold food in hot weather, which is also not advisable. Foods that are hot or cold in nature are not suitable for people to consume frequently. It is best to eat mild and light food.
