Is there always dirty stuff coming out from down there recently?

Modern women are under great pressure at work and in life, staying up late to work overtime, and have irregular eating and living habits, which cause many women to have endocrine disorders. Some women even have brown discharge from their vagina. If brown substances discharge from a woman's vagina, it may be gynecological inflammation, or it may be irregular menstruation or irregular vaginal bleeding. But no matter which the situation is, you need to go to the hospital in time to find out the cause and treat the symptoms.

Vaginal bleeding is a common problem for many women. Some of it is physiological vaginal bleeding, which is normal vaginal bleeding, such as normal menstruation and postpartum lochia. It is within the normal physiological range and will not harm your health. Pathological vaginal bleeding is different. It is not only a manifestation of physical illness, but the bleeding itself can also damage physical health. Vaginal bleeding can come from the vulva, vagina, cervix, and endometrium, but most cases come from the uterus.

Vaginal bleeding generally refers to abnormal vaginal bleeding. Abnormal vaginal bleeding is one of the most common symptoms of female genital diseases. The following are all abnormal vaginal bleeding.

Health risks of vaginal bleeding

1. Abnormal cervical development: Abnormal cervical development is a sign of cervical epithelial cell cancer. Having multiple sexual partners, becoming sexually active before age 18, becoming pregnant before age 16, or having a history of sexually transmitted diseases can increase the likelihood of abnormal cervical development.

2. Chlamydia infection: Viral infection is usually transmitted through sexual intercourse and with sperm, vaginal fluid or blood.

3. Gonorrhea: a sexually transmitted disease caused by a virus.

4. Vaginitis or cervicitis: It may be inflammation of the vagina or cervix, caused by tumor or viral infection.

5. Cervical polyps: Cervical polyps are a type of growth on the endocervix, or a hairless, red or purple, finger-shaped tumor on the endocervix.

6. Trichomoniasis: A sexually transmitted disease usually caused by protozoa, which can also be transmitted from infected mothers to newborn babies during delivery. Sometimes, the virus is spread from tap water, urine, toilet seats, and swimming pools.

7. Vaginal yeast infection: Excessive growth of fungi in the vagina. Symptoms usually include: vaginal itching, pain, odor, abnormal leucorrhea, etc.

8. Endometritis: Endometritis is an infection of the endometrium.

9. Uterine polyps: When the endometrium grows excessively and causes the endometrium to extend into the uterus, it will cause uterine polyps. Women with uterine polyps may experience bleeding between their periods. Other symptoms include: bleeding after intercourse, heavy menstrual bleeding, bleeding after menopause, and bleeding while taking hormonal medications.

10. Fibroma: Generally speaking, fibroma is a benign tumor. They are solid tumors that are fibrous. Only a small number of fibroids are malignant. There are many different symptoms of fibroids, and some women may not experience any symptoms. After menopause, when the secretion of female hormones stops, fibroids will automatically shrink and gradually disappear. But it is very important that women with fibroids must not take any medications containing estrogen, such as birth control pills. Because estrogen stimulates the growth of fibroids.
