Will lobular hyperplasia nodules disappear?

Will lobular hyperplasia nodules disappear?

Will a breast lump go away? Some women are very worried after suffering from breast lumps. They want to know how to treat breast lumps and whether breast lumps will disappear. Let’s come back and take a look together.

1. Will breast lumps disappear?

Breast lumps generally do not disappear on their own, mainly because of emotional depression, liver qi stagnation, and endocrine disorder. It is necessary to increase nutrition, supplement vitamins and nutrients, maintain a happy mood and pay attention to rest. Treatment should soothe the liver, regulate qi and relieve depression, and you can take appropriate medication. If conservative treatment does not alleviate the symptoms, minimally invasive surgery may be required.

2. Causes of breast masses

2.1. Chemical fiber breast disease

Good tumors are active, often solitary, extensible, dormant or lobed, with clear boundaries and no pain. They can be from the size of a pinhead to a very large size, grow rapidly, and are usually located around or above the nipple.

2.2. Alveolar cyst

Infection of the glenohumeral ducts may result in the development of tender cysts of the alveolar jugular vein, often accompanied by fever.

2.3 Breast cyst

Subacute cysts cause localized pain and a fluctuating lump, accompanied by fever, chills, and general discomfort. Diffuse cysts are painless, irregular, fixed masses that feel like fibrous tissue. It is often accompanied by dimpling, waxy changes in the skin, nipple retraction, and sometimes swollen lymph nodes in the armpit.

2.4 Breast Cancer

A hard, ill-defined mass in the skin or subcutaneous tissue, often causing dimpling, orange-peel changes in the skin, nipple retraction, and sometimes swollen lymph nodes in the armpit. 40% to 50% of the masses occur in the upper outer part, which are generally painless, solitary, with satellite masses around them, and papillary serous or persistent discharge. Persistent discharge is a typical clinical symptom of breast cancer. The terminal clinical symptoms include skin edema, orange peel-like changes, swollen axillary lymph nodes, and breast ulcers.

3. How to prevent breast lumps

3.1. Personal examination. After showering, put your hands on your waist, turn your body up and down, and observe whether your breasts are sunken. Then put your fingers on your breasts and move slowly in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Do not squeeze with your fingers to avoid mistaking normal breast tissue for a lump. Fibrocystic breast disease is a common breast disease in women, and the incidence of this disease is gradually increasing. But there is no need to worry too much, breast lumps are not inflammation, nor are they tumors, they are just normal breasts that are free of disorder.

3.2. Maintain good habits. To prevent breast lumps, you should pay attention to maintaining a happy mood and regularly participate in sports and exercise.

3.3. Eat moderate amounts of high-fiber foods that regulate qi and eliminate stagnation. You can eat some kelp, oranges, oysters and other foods on a daily basis, and avoid raw and cold foods, spicy foods, and irritating foods, such as coffee, chocolate, alcohol and other foods.

3.4. Regulate menstruation. The main cause of breast lumps is irregular menstruation. People with menstrual disorders are more susceptible to illness. Endocrine regulation is also a way to prevent breast lumps.

3.5. Supplement selenium. Selenium is an essential nutrient for the human body and has strong antioxidant capacity. Supplementing selenium, adjusting endocrine system, and eliminating endotoxins are beneficial to preventing breast diseases.
