Many women will have some reactions when they have their period every month, but everyone's physical constitution is different, and the reactions are also different. Many people experience abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea during menstruation. At this time, you should choose some methods to relieve these symptoms. In daily life, you should also pay attention to keeping warm, eat less cold food, and get more rest.

Tips for relief

1. Supplement calcium

Regardless of whether you are menstruating or not, you still need to get enough calcium into your body, because muscle cramps are common during menstruation. Therefore, you should supplement yourself with enough calcium during menstruation, which can alleviate this situation.

2. Do not eat water-retaining foods

Women will feel abdominal distension during menstruation, so it is not recommended to eat foods that cause water retention in the body, such as carbonated drinks, fried foods, and Western-style buns.

3. Drink less coffee

Because coffee and other teas contain caffeine, which can cause dehydration, it is recommended to replace these drinks with caffeine-free drinks, which can effectively reduce muscle tension.

The harm of dysmenorrhea

1. Aging

People who suffer from dysmenorrhea usually have a dull complexion and dehydrated skin, which can easily lead to problems such as pigmentation and acne. Moreover, when your friends are ischemic, the free radicals in the body are very active, which slowly leads to premature aging.

2. Impact on life

Dysmenorrhea has a great impact on women's life and body. The lower abdominal pain it causes often makes people restless, with back pain and dizziness. They have to rest in bed to get some relief.

3. Infertility

If it is secondary dysmenorrhea, it is very likely caused by some diseases. Various inflammations can induce infertility, so friends who have this problem must pay attention to it and get a check-up as soon as possible. Moreover, we should also pay attention to health care in daily life.
