Girls will have their menstruation during adolescence. Some people would say that the amount of leucorrhea will increase during menstruation, but this does not mean that every girl will have leucorrhea before menstruation. However, leucorrhea is indeed a way to determine whether menstruation will come. Every girl has a different physical condition and different symptoms before menstruation. 2. Mainly physical symptoms: common symptoms include swelling of hands, feet and face, abdominal bloating, some women feel bloating, most women have constipation, lower abdominal pain and breast pain, etc.

② Increased leucorrhea before menstruation

The phenomenon of increased leucorrhea before menstruation is because when menstruation is about to come, pelvic congestion increases and the blood flow in the cervix and vagina is greater than usual. Therefore, vaginal secretions will naturally increase. In addition, the amount of leucorrhea will increase during the ovulation period between two menstrual cycles or after fatigue. These are all normal physiological phenomena. When the amount of leucorrhea increases, the vulva should be washed with warm water every day to keep the vagina clean and prevent inflammation.

③ Bloody vaginal discharge before menstruation

If there is blood in the leucorrhea before menstruation without other symptoms, it may be menstruation, so there is a small amount of vaginal bleeding. Women can observe patiently. If there are no discomfort symptoms after menstruation, everything is normal.

④ Symptoms of abnormal premenstrual leucorrhea

If the leucorrhea before menstruation is like tofu dregs, yellow or white, and mostly sticky, it often indicates candidal vaginitis. Pregnant women or diabetics should pay more attention to this because they have poor physical condition and low immunity, which makes them prone to fungal infection. Many women experience pain during intercourse. If you find yellow leucorrhea, it is usually caused by bacterial infection. Gonorrhea, tuberculosis bacteria, etc. are common, and Treponema pallidum can also cause purulent vaginal infection. When the patient discharges a large amount of leucorrhea with a special odor from the vagina, it is necessary to suspect whether there is a foreign body in the vagina causing the increase in leucorrhea.
