How to judge ectopic pregnancy after transplantation

Ectopic pregnancy is the most easily misdiagnosed condition, which may result in more and more people not being able to get very good treatment in the first place, making the condition more serious, and eventually causing irreversible damage to women's bodies, and even making it impossible for women to get pregnant. Therefore, we must pay more attention to this disease and undergo regular physical examinations in time.

First, you can do an HCG test for early pregnancy. If it is positive and an abdominal B-ultrasound examination does not find a gestational sac in the uterine cavity, then you should generally consider the possibility of ectopic pregnancy. But first of all, you should pay attention to whether the gestational sac is too small to be discovered. If no gestational sac or other abnormalities are found, you should check again after 7 days.

Second, a more accurate method of determining ectopic pregnancy is to combine blood drawing and B-ultrasound, which is generally difficult to determine with just blood drawing and B-ultrasound. Generally speaking, if it is an intrauterine pregnancy, the blood HCG level will rise relatively quickly, usually at least doubling every two days. If it is an ectopic pregnancy, the blood HCG level will increase relatively slowly. Of course, the blood test must be combined with B-ultrasound examination. If the B-ultrasound clearly shows a gestational sac outside the uterus, then it is definitely an ectopic pregnancy.

Third, observe for bleeding symptoms. Patients with ectopic pregnancy generally experience irregular vaginal bleeding about 6-8 weeks after menopause. However, the duration of bleeding is related to the location of the fertilized egg implantation. If it occurs in the abdomen of the fallopian tube, the time of ectopic pregnancy bleeding will be relatively delayed. If it is an ectopic pregnancy in the isthmus of the fallopian tube, the time of appearance will be earlier.

The above are three methods for judging ectopic pregnancy. If a pregnant woman feels that she may have an ectopic pregnancy, it is best to go to the hospital for examination and confirmation immediately. Because if the ectopic pregnancy is allowed to develop, the pregnant woman may experience heavy bleeding. Not only will the fetus not be saved, but the pregnant mother's life may also be in danger.

How to deal with ectopic pregnancy

If you suspect you have an ectopic pregnancy, it is best to go to the hospital for B-ultrasound and HCG examination. One is used to determine the fetal sac, and the other is used to determine its growth rate. However, many indicators are not absolute and require clinical judgment. But our vigilance must be higher than that of doctors. If you cannot find the fetal sac in the uterus, your doctor recommends that you check again after a week. You must go to a different hospital every two days to check your HCG and B-ultrasound. There may be anxiety, uneasiness, and impatience in this, but these emotions and the complexity of things are incomprehensible to men. Their thinking is very simple, and they think that everything can be handled simply, just like they can never understand the pain of childbirth. So when you are tired of always checking and failing to find out what is wrong, but you are shuttling back and forth between black and white and color B-ultrasounds, don't give up, don't think you will just wait for the fallopian tube to rupture or for heavy bleeding to occur before you check. At that time, I think what you will lose is the fallopian tube on one side, or perhaps the right to be a mother. These are things that gynecologists and men don't understand. So you must learn to love yourself and be patient and responsible for yourself.
