How to tell if it is an ectopic pregnancy?

Ectopic pregnancy is a type of pregnancy that every woman is very afraid of. According to reports, the probability of ectopic pregnancy is getting higher and higher. This is related to many bad living habits of people. Ectopic pregnancy is very harmful to women's health. For example, it will cause severe pain, and severe cases will cause fainting and shock, etc. Therefore, it is important to detect it in time. So how do you know whether it is an ectopic pregnancy in the early stage?

How to tell if it is an ectopic pregnancy?

Say this kind of thing. If you have an early miscarriage during pregnancy, there should be bleeding. Now that my period has come. And if the gestational sac is not found. It is recommended to pay attention to personal hygiene and prevent infection. If necessary, go out and check the hcg and progesterone levels. Because these two values can be used to determine whether you are pregnant or not.

Ectopic pregnancy will cause amenorrhea just like pregnancy. In a normal pregnancy, the contrast line will be significantly darker when measured with a test strip the next day, but this will not happen in an ectopic pregnancy. After a weak positive result is detected with the test paper, you can go to the hospital to have a blood test for HCG, and test again the next day to compare the data. If the growth is very fast, such as doubling, then it is a normal pregnancy.

An ultrasound or blood HCG test is needed to confirm the diagnosis. Ectopic pregnancy usually ruptures more than 40 days into pregnancy. If there is dull pain in the right lower abdomen and bleeding, it may be a sign of ectopic pregnancy. You can also go to the hospital for a posterior uterine fornix puncture to confirm the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.

The most obvious feature of pregnancy is the cessation of menstruation. If the urine pregnancy test is positive 6-10 weeks after the menstruation stops, and symptoms such as abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding occur, ectopic pregnancy should be highly suspected. Ectopic pregnancy can usually be diagnosed by vaginal B-ultrasound examination. If no embryonic sac is seen in the uterine cavity, it can be confirmed as an ectopic pregnancy in most cases. For some complicated cases, laparoscopy is required for the final diagnosis.

Generally speaking, B-ultrasound can detect ectopic pregnancy. You can do an HCG test. If it is positive and an abdominal B-ultrasound examination does not find a gestational sac in the uterine cavity, then you should generally consider the possibility of ectopic pregnancy. But first, pay attention to whether the gestational sac is too small to be discovered. If no gestational sac and other abnormalities are found, you should check again after 7 days. Ectopic pregnancy usually ruptures more than 40 days of pregnancy. If there is a dull pain in the lower abdomen on the right side, it may be a sign of ectopic pregnancy.
