The golden age for correction of inverted nipples

The golden age for correction of inverted nipples

Inverted nipple is not a disease, but it greatly affects the healthy development of women's breasts. Generally, women with inverted nipples can undergo nipple correction regardless of their age. If a woman's inverted nipple is not too serious, it can be corrected with the help of some corrective devices. If it is too serious, she must go to a regular hospital for corrective surgery as soon as possible.

Inverted Nipple Correction Methods

1. First, wash your hands and breasts, and clean and disinfect the nipple corrector.

2. Use a hot towel to apply heat around the nipples for 3 to 5 minutes to promote the dilation of capillaries around the breast.

3. Apply an appropriate amount of protective cream around the breast

4. Use your thumb and middle finger to pinch the head of the Xinweijia Nipple Corrector.

5. Press the top of the nipple corrector with your index finger and make it concave to a certain distance, usually about 1 cm.

6. Release your hand, the top of the corrector will pop out automatically, and the inverted nipple will be sucked out at the same time.

7. Maintain the nipple suction state for 5 to 7 minutes and repeat three times

8. Please clean the residue sucked out of the nipple after each correction to prevent secondary contamination

Precautions

Nipple correctors should be good. Cheap nipple correctors have poor suction, while expensive nipple correctors are more effective.

Apply nipple protection cream before correction

The key to the correction process is persistence.

Corrected age:

People over 18 years old with congenital or acquired nipple inversion. After the breasts are fully developed, if the nipple is inverted and repeated traction and suction of the nipple are ineffective, reconstructive surgery of the inverted nipple should be performed. Since many of the patients are unmarried girls, the problem of patency of milk ducts during future lactation should also be considered before surgery. Especially for the correction of severe inverted nipples, radical surgery may often cause varying degrees of damage or adhesion to the milk ducts, and can easily lead to milk retention and acute mastitis during lactation. Therefore, it is recommended to perform the surgery with caution, or choose a surgery that causes less damage to the milk ducts. Surgery does not necessarily require perfect results, but should be based on the standard of whether the nipple is protruding and the baby can suck in the later stage.
