What are the early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy?

Ectopic pregnancy is a disease that is extremely harmful to women. For women, this disease is a manifestation of unwanted pregnancy and is extremely harmful to health. This is because ectopic pregnancy is a serious error in embryo implantation, which causes the embryo to stay and grow outside the uterus, easily causing symptoms such as heavy bleeding in women, threatening their lives. Let’s take a look at the symptoms of early ectopic pregnancy.

1. Menopause. Before tubal pregnancy miscarriage or rupture, symptoms and signs are not obvious. In addition to short-term amenorrhea and pregnancy symptoms, sometimes there is bloating and pain in one side of the lower abdomen. During examination, the fallopian tubes may be normal or enlarged.

2. Abdominal pain. Pain in the lower abdomen, a feeling of defecation, sometimes severe pain, accompanied by cold sweat. When rupture occurs, the patient suddenly feels tearing pain in one side of the lower abdomen, often accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

3. Other symptoms. The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are often atypical. Some patients may also experience nausea, vomiting, frequent and urgent urination, pale complexion, and low blood pressure.

4. Vaginal bleeding. In the early stages of pregnancy, women may experience a small amount of vaginal bleeding and bloody vaginal discharge.

5. Syncope and shock. Due to acute intra-abdominal bleeding, blood volume reduction and severe abdominal pain may occur. Mild cases often cause syncope, while severe cases may experience shock.

If a woman experiences severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, etc. after pregnancy, she should consider the possibility of ectopic pregnancy rupture, and must promptly treat the symptoms to avoid danger:

Measure 1 : Before the ambulance arrives, you should keep your head low, feet high, and stay quiet to prevent bleeding. It is also important to keep warm with blankets etc.

Measure 2 : There is a saying in obstetrics and gynecology: Typical ectopic pregnancy is the least typical. Because the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are often vague, patients should report to their doctors the details of the onset of the disease.

Measure 3 : Ectopic pregnancy can easily be confused with other abdominal pain problems, so care should be taken to distinguish them. Intussusception causes severe abdominal pain and bloody stools; the pain of appendicitis usually starts from the heart and gradually moves to the right lower abdomen; gallstones cause pain in the right upper abdomen. An ectopic pregnancy, that is, a ruptured pregnancy outside the uterus, causes severe lower abdominal pain and bleeding.
