8. There should be a quiet and comfortable environment. When the sunlight is too strong, draw the curtains to protect your eyes. Second, pay attention to diet :

1. Eat small and frequent meals.

You can use boiled rice wine instead of water (buy bottled rice wine in the store). 5. Do not eat fish and meat within half a month, but you can eat more liver, etc. Because a tired body cannot fully absorb the nutrients in fish and meat, too much nutrients will only increase the burden on the body and cause the phenomenon of "inability to be nourished". It should be started in the third week.
