Efficacy: It can prevent dry skin, promote blood circulation, improve skin metabolism, and help prevent neck wrinkles. Note: When massaging, it is best to massage the area from the collarbone to the chest, as well as the face and scalp for better results. Method 4: Exercise your neck muscles practice : (1) When sitting, pay attention to your posture, sit up straight, slowly lift your chin, and stretch your neck muscles; (2) Hold for 5 seconds and then slowly return to the original position.
