How to remove vaginal odor?

In life, many women have vaginal odor due to various reasons, which brings a lot of trouble to female friends. There are many reasons for the odor in the female vagina, such as gynecological inflammation, menstruation, excessive vaginal discharge, etc. These reasons will cause the odor in the vagina. You must maintain good private hygiene and wash the vulva every day, and the odor will disappear.

1. Pay attention to the cleanliness of your underwear

Because we are living a relatively affluent life now, many people have items like washing machines at home, but it is best for us to wash our underwear by hand. We should not mix these clothes with other clothes outside when washing, as some bacteria will take the opportunity to attach to our clothes and cause some harm to us, leading to some gynecological diseases.

2. Pay attention to your personal hygiene

Because the vaginal environment of some of us women is in a closed state for a long time, and we often don't give them enough time to relax, it leads to a lot of bacteria appearing in our genitals. Therefore, we'd better maintain the hygiene of our vaginal environment. First of all, you must clean your private parts carefully every night, but don’t overuse cleaning liquids and the like, as these are not very helpful to our body. It's okay to use it occasionally.

3. Make your diet regular

Because most of the time the food we eat is quite heavy in taste, and these foods cannot provide us with any nutrition and are harmful to our bodies, so it is best for us to eat more light foods, such as vegetables and fruits. These have certain therapeutic effects on our bodies, so we can try to eat some.

4. If the odor is serious, wipe it gently with special detergent or wet wipes.

When the temperature is high, bacteria in the private parts are easy to multiply, so you can use special cleanser or wet wipes to gently wipe it. It should be noted that it should not be used frequently, otherwise the cleansing function of the private parts itself will be weakened, which will be detrimental to vaginal health. This method can only be used when the smell is very strong or before the end of menstruation.

5. Don’t wear tight clothes

Nowadays, many female friends like to wear tight clothes or jeans without elasticity. This will make it difficult for vaginal secretions and sweat to dissipate, increase the temperature and humidity of the private parts, and thus nourish mold.
