Is dysuria in women related to kidney disease? Check and eliminate the cause in time

Nowadays, many women often experience difficulty urinating, lower abdominal pressure, and urinary difficulties, and often go to the toilet frequently. Most of the urinary difficulties in women are caused by some special factors. Let us look at the real reasons that lead to urinary difficulties in women.

What causes urination difficulties in women?

Female urination difficulties can be divided into two types: mechanical and functional. Dysuria caused by lesions in any part of the bladder or urethra that affect urine excretion is mechanical. Dysuria caused by a patent urinary tract but weak bladder muscles, as well as lack of coordination between the bladder detrusor and urethral sphincter during urination, are both functional. Neurogenic bladder dysfunction is often accompanied by constipation, anal sphincter relaxation, and fecal incontinence during diarrhea.

How to deal with urinary difficulties in a timely manner?

The etiology and pathogenesis of female bladder neck obstruction are very complex, and there is currently a lack of unified understanding. The main causes include hyperplasia of bladder neck fibrous tissue, hypertrophy of bladder neck muscles, sclerosis caused by chronic inflammation, and hyperplasia of periurethral glands caused by hormonal imbalance in elderly women. Most of the diagnosis is based on pathological examination results of surgical specimens.

Progressive dysuria in middle-aged and older female patients is the key to early diagnosis of bladder neck obstruction in women. Urodynamic examination is currently the most useful indicator for objectively evaluating urination status and is receiving more and more attention in clinic, especially the urination pressure-uroflow rate measurement, which is the most accurate method for diagnosing bladder neck obstruction. It can not only reflect the changes in urination pressure in the bladder, the reduction in urine flow rate and the change in urine flow curve as the degree of obstruction changes, but also understand the detrusor function, including detrusor stability, contractility and compliance.

The above is the relevant content introduced by the experts of the Kidney Hospital. I hope it can be helpful to everyone. When any abnormalities are found in urination, you should go to a regular kidney hospital for examination in time to avoid accidents.
