How to regulate after biochemical pregnancy

How to regulate after biochemical pregnancy

Although biochemical pregnancy is somewhat different from miscarriage. But it also counts as a miscarriage. It's just not as harmful as a real miscarriage. There are many reasons for biochemical pregnancy, such as poor quality of fertilized eggs, personal physical constitution, uterine malformation and gynecological diseases, etc. Although it is not very harmful, women should never be vague about conditioning after biochemical pregnancy. Let's see what to do.

After a biochemical pregnancy, the diet should be light and nutritious. Eat more protein-rich foods such as fish, meat, eggs, and bean products, and fresh vegetables rich in vitamins. Do not eat irritating, raw, or cold foods. You can consider eating some chicken soup, crucian carp soup, black fish soup, etc., pay attention to the balanced nutrition of meat and vegetables, pay more attention to rest, and do not engage in heavy physical labor and strenuous activities within half a month.

Generally speaking, you can have sex after resting for one month after a biochemical pregnancy. During the recuperation period, it is best to go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound to confirm whether the discharge is clean, because a considerable number of people do not have clean discharge. If you have sex before the discharge is complete, it may cause bleeding or gynecological inflammation. If the miscarriage is not complete for a long time, it will cause harm to the body and affect the next pregnancy. Therefore, if it is confirmed that the miscarriage is not complete, you must consult a doctor for treatment.

When preparing for pregnancy after a biochemical pregnancy, you should pay attention to the following aspects: you must do a prenatal check-up before pregnancy, especially the six hormone items and the four eugenics items (as well as routine leucorrhea, liver function, kidney function, hemolysis, and chromosomes); supplement folic acid in the three months before pregnancy, preferably rich in multivitamins; regulate estrogen and supplement soy isoflavones; insist on taking vitamin E every day (for men and women together); insist on drinking soy milk and eating black beans one week before ovulation; avoid strenuous exercise and long-distance travel when having sex to conceive; be sure to avoid uterine contractions after conception, because the effect on the implantation of the fertilized egg is fatal and most likely to be biochemical, so sexual intercourse is prohibited after ovulation.
