What are the early symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease?

The symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease are relatively obvious, especially acute pelvic inflammatory disease, which often develops rapidly. Patients often experience a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, pain during sexual intercourse, fatigue, and increased menstruation. If severe, it can lead to adhesions of the fallopian tubes and infertility in women. It is also easy to form abscesses, which can cause fever symptoms, and often cause lack of energy, insomnia, etc.

Symptoms of acute pelvic inflammatory disease: 1. When acute inflammation becomes chronic inflammation, scar adhesion and pelvic congestion will appear. It causes distension and pain in the lower abdomen and soreness in the lumbar region. It usually occurs after exertion, sexual intercourse, or before or after menstruation.

The second symptom of acute pelvic inflammatory disease is lower abdominal pain, fever and chills. If peritonitis also occurs, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting will occur.

Symptoms of acute pelvic inflammatory disease: Due to pelvic congestion, there will be symptoms of increased menstruation. If the ovarian function is damaged, menstrual disorders may occur. If adhesions and blockages occur in the fallopian tubes, female infertility may occur.

Symptoms of acute pelvic inflammatory disease 4. When an abscess is formed, there will be symptoms of lower abdominal mass or local compression and irritation. The patient will show acute illness, with tension in the lower abdominal muscles, increased body temperature, increased heart rate, abdominal distension, tenderness and rebound pain.

Symptoms of acute pelvic inflammatory disease 5. Most of the systemic symptoms are not obvious, sometimes there will be a low fever, and fatigue is easy to occur. If the illness lasts for a long time, there will be symptoms of neurasthenia, such as lack of energy, general discomfort, insomnia, etc. If the patient's resistance is relatively poor, acute and subacute attacks will easily occur.

A single drug treatment cannot completely cure pelvic inflammatory disease. On the contrary, if it is not treated properly, it may cause recurrent pelvic inflammatory disease, causing a lot of unnecessary trouble to women. Recurrent pelvic inflammatory disease requires physical therapy.

Due to repeated attacks of pelvic inflammatory disease, the pathogenic bacteria generally develop drug resistance, which can easily increase the course and difficulty of treatment. Therefore, physical therapy must be chosen for repeated attacks of pelvic inflammatory disease, and then supplemented with high-efficiency drugs for anti-inflammatory and consolidation after surgery.
