Before menstruation, the pelvic cavity is congested and the blood flow to the cervix and vagina increases, so the secretion of leucorrhea is more than usual.

5. When the period is approaching, the discharge may be a little pink, and then gradually turn into blood, which is menstruation. After the menstruation is over, the blood flow in the uterus and vagina returns to normal and the leucorrhea also decreases. In this case, increased vaginal discharge is normal because it is caused by the influence of estrogen.
