Three tips to eliminate crow's feet, try it if you love beauty

As we age, wrinkles will quietly appear at the corners of our eyes, and our age will be revealed in every smile and frown. Recently, a Japanese website introduced several tips for eliminating crow's feet. If you love beauty, you might as well give it a try.

Three tips to eliminate crow's feet

Eye masks can help the eye skin fully absorb nutrients, thus preventing wrinkles. After washing your face, apply a small amount of eye cream around your eyes, then soak a cotton pad with lotion and apply it to your eyes for 5 to 10 minutes.

After eye care, massaging the orbicularis oculi muscle can tighten the skin around the eyes and prevent wrinkles. As shown in the picture, close your eyes, pinch and press the upper and lower eyelids with your index and middle fingers, then gently pull them towards the corners of the eyes, maintain this position for 10 seconds, and do it 5 times in a row.

Finally, move your eyes to relieve eyestrain and help slow the appearance of wrinkles. First cover your eyes with a hot towel for a while, then suddenly open your eyes, keep your head still, and move your eyeballs up and down, left and right, 5 to 10 times clockwise and counterclockwise. Then raise your head, look at the ground, and blink 10 times; then lower your head, look up, and blink 10 times.

Causes of crow's feet

Reason 1: Photoaging

Sunlight ultraviolet rays can cause serious damage to the skin. They reduce or even eliminate the activity of fibroblasts in the dermis, causing a decrease or breakage of collagen and elastic fibers in the dermis, leading to decreased skin elasticity and increased wrinkles at the corners of the eyes.

Reason 2: Natural aging of the body

With the natural aging of tissues and organs, endocrine functions gradually decline, the body's nutritional effect on muscle fibers and related cells begins to weaken, the protein synthesis rate decreases, and the number of muscle fibers decreases, resulting in the nervous system's inability to complete fine expression control of the skin, thus forming crow's feet.

Reason 3: Unhealthy living environment

Unprotected exposure to dry and cold environments, washing face with water that is too hot, overly expressive and exaggerated facial expressions, irregular sleep and daily routines, smoking, etc. can all lead to a decrease in the elasticity of fibrous tissue, thereby accelerating the formation of crow's feet around the eyes.

Reason 4: The influence of bad mood

When faced with excessive pressure from work and life and unable to bear it, we will often be sad and cry, which will easily lead to crow's feet.
