Is breast scraping okay?

As we all know, scraping is very beneficial to human health. In addition to the back, there are many other parts of the body that can be scraped, such as the face, chest, etc. So can scraping be done on the breasts? Most people don't quite understand this issue. In fact, the breasts cannot be scraped, only massaged. The scraping treatment for breast hyperplasia is not performed on the breasts, but the effect is achieved through the following steps.

1. Select acupoints: Jianjing, Tianzong, Waiguan, Tanzhong, Fenglong, Taixi, Xingjian, and Xiaxi.

2. Positioning

Jianjing: On the shoulder, in front of the breast, at the midpoint of the line connecting the Dazhui point and the end of the acromion.

Tianzong: In the scapular region, at the central depression of the infraspinous fossa, level with the fourth thoracic vertebra.

Waiguan: 2 inches above the transverse wrist line on the back of the hand, between the ulna and radius, on the line connecting Yangchi and the tip of the elbow.

Danzhong: On the chest, on the anterior midline, at the level of the fourth intercostal space, the midpoint of the line connecting the two nipples.

Fenglong: 8 inches above the tip of the lateral malleolus, 1 inch outside the Tiaokou point, and two horizontal fingers outside the anterior crest of the tibia.

Taixi: Behind the medial malleolus, at the midpoint between the tip of the medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon.

Between the lines: between the first and second toes, at the junction of the red and white flesh behind the edge of the toe web.

Xia Xi: On the dorsum of the foot, between the fourth and fifth toes, at the junction of the red and white flesh behind the edge of the toe web.

3 The scraping order is to first scrape the Jianjing point on the shoulder and the Tianzong point on the back, then scrape the Tanzhong point on the chest, then scrape the Waiguan point on the forearm, scrape the Fenglong point on the outer side of the lower limb, scrape the Taixi point, and re-scrape the Xingjian point and Xiaxi point on the dorsum of the foot.

4. Scraping method and purgation method. Apply appropriate amount of scraping oil on the area where scraping is required. As the shoulders and back are rich in muscles, you should use more force and scrape the Jianjing point on the shoulder and the Tianzong point on the back to produce sha. Then scrape the Tanzhong point on the midline of the chest using the corner of the scraper. Do not scrape too hard. Do this 30 times until sha appears. Scrape the Waiguan point on the outer side of the upper limb again 30 times, until sha appears. Afterwards, scrape the Fenglong point on the outer side of the lower limbs and the Taixi point on the foot, 30 times each, until no sha appears. Finally, scrape the Xingjian and Xiaxi points on the dorsum of the foot again to bring out the sha.

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the causes of breast hyperplasia are nothing more than liver depression and qi stagnation, qi and blood stagnation, dampness and heat stagnation, etc., and the Chong and Ren disorder type of breast hyperplasia is mainly due to acquired spleen and stomach disorders, which cause liver and kidney deficiency, and then lead to Chong and Ren disorder causing the disease. Therefore, soothing the liver----strengthening the spleen---spleen strengthening----active qi and blood biochemistry----adequate liver and kidney-----breast hyperplasia will be cured.
