How to regulate early menstruation effectively?

Early menstruation is a common problem of menstrual disorders. For women, it causes quite a lot of impact, so it needs to be solved through correct conditioning. 1. Early onset of Qi and blood deficiency:

[Treatment] It is advisable to replenish qi and blood in winter. After the beginning of winter, you can use a black-bone chicken, 9g each of angelica, astragalus, and poria. [Symptoms] Symptoms include vomiting, nosebleed, coughing, hematuria, fever in the afternoon, premature menstruation in women, and stringy and rapid pulse.

[Treatment] Add 1000CC of water to one pound of celery and boil it into 500CC. It can be taken regularly. Early menstruation due to Qi deficiency: 1 liang of black beans, 3 qian of Codonopsis pilosula, 1 liang of red sugar, boil the three ingredients together and drink the soup.

3. Early menstruation due to liver depression and heat transformation:

[Symptoms] Early menstruation, heavy or light menstruation; purple-red color, with blood clots; premenstrual distension and pain in the breasts, chest, flanks, and lower abdomen; irritability; bitter taste in the mouth and dry throat; red tongue, yellow coating, and rapid and stringy pulse.

[Treatment] You can use 2 taels of motherwort, 2 eggs, add appropriate amount of water and cook them together. After the eggs are cooked, peel the shells and take out the eggs, then cook for a while. After removing the residue, eat the eggs and drink the soup. Take before menstruation.

4. Daily health care

Your normal diet should be light, and you should avoid foods that generate fire and increase heat, such as chili peppers, garlic, leeks, lettuce, cinnamon, coffee, pepper, lamb, dog meat, venison, and alcohol. Eat less shark, crab, hawthorn, peach, brown sugar and other foods that have blood-activating effects.

Women who have early menstruation should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Chrysanthemum brain (chrysanthemum buds). Artemisia selengensis, cucumber, raw lotus root, celery, bitter gourd, eggplant, persimmon, grapefruit, pear, mung bean, turtle, etc. have the effect of clearing heat and cooling blood, and can be used by those with excess heat syndrome. Black-bone chicken, sea cucumber, mussels, hazelnuts, lotus seeds, etc. have the effects of replenishing qi, benefiting the kidneys and consolidating the bowels, and can be used by people with weak constitution.
