Cervical cancer is getting younger. There are five early symptoms. Five behaviors can lead to cervical cancer. Please pay attention and prevent them.

Cancer is one of the diseases that cannot be completely cured in the world. It still poses a great threat to people's lives and health. For women, cervical cancer is a disease that all women are afraid to avoid. It is also the most common malignant tumor among gynecological tumors, and its incidence rate is only lower than that of female breast cancer. Among them, the age of onset of carcinoma in situ is mainly concentrated at around 32 years old, and the age of onset of invasive cancer is mainly concentrated at around 50 years old. In recent years, the incidence trend of this disease has shown an upward trend, and the trend of the disease is gradually developing towards a younger age. Studies have shown that women who marry early, have children early, have multiple births, and have disordered sexual life have a higher incidence of cervical cancer.

Causes of cervical cancer Cervical cancer is currently the only gynecological cancer with a clear cause. This disease is caused by persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV), which is mainly transmitted through sexual intercourse. All women who have sexual intercourse are at risk of infection.

Relevant research data suggest that there are six high-risk groups for cervical cancer:

①Women who have sexual intercourse too early;

②Women with multiple pregnancies and premature births;

③ Women who have multiple sexual partners or whose spouses have multiple sexual partners;

④ Women who have ever suffered from genital human papillomavirus (HPV), herpes simplex virus (HSV), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection or other sexually transmitted diseases;

⑤Women who smoke, take drugs, or are malnourished;

⑥Women with cervical malignancy (long-term chronic cervicitis, cervical precancerous malignancy, etc.).

Premature sexual intercourse in women is one of the important causes of cervical cancer. If you do not pay attention to hygiene during sexual intercourse or have unclean sexual intercourse, it will increase the incidence of cervical cancer.

Early symptoms of cervical cancer The early symptoms of cervical cancer are relatively obvious. When women have the following symptoms, it proves that they are very likely to have cervical cancer.

1. Irregular vaginal bleeding. Patients with cervical cancer will experience irregular vaginal bleeding in the early stages, mainly manifested as a small amount of non-menstrual vaginal bleeding between two menstrual periods and vaginal bleeding after menopause. However, most women do not pay much attention to this matter, and they usually think it is caused by irregular menstruation or menopause.

2. Contact bleeding. It is mainly manifested by drops of blood in the vaginal secretions after sexual intercourse. Especially for middle-aged women who have children, if drops of blood appear in the vaginal secretions after sexual intercourse, they should seek medical attention in time, as this is likely to be a warning of cervical cancer.

3. Abnormal vaginal discharge. An important clinical manifestation of cervical cancer is abnormal vaginal discharge. The main manifestation is an increase in vaginal discharge, and the color and odor will also change. In the early stages of cervical cancer, the color and odor of vaginal discharge are relatively normal, and will gradually become serous discharge. In the late stages of cervical cancer, the vaginal discharge of patients is mainly rice-water-like or watery.

4. Cervical erosion. Most cervical cancer patients will have symptoms of cervical erosion. An important cause of cervical cancer is severe cervical erosion. Therefore, when women find themselves with symptoms of cervical erosion, they should seek medical attention in time.

5. Pain. Patients with cervical cancer often experience pain in the lower abdomen or waist, and sometimes in the upper abdomen or thighs. The pain is aggravated during menstruation or sexual intercourse. Some patients also experience nausea.

The trend of younger cervical cancer is multi-causal, multi-factorial and multi-stage. The younger cervical cancer is based on the change of high-risk factors and is closely related to the patient's age and physiological and behavioral characteristics at this stage. It is inevitable to predict this trend, but we can take corresponding measures to slow it down.

Since HPV infection is the primary and necessary condition for cervical cancer, and the younger age of cervical cancer also occurs on this basis, we should strengthen the pathogenic mechanism and detection and diagnostic technology of various high-risk factors and HPV, especially high-risk HPV in young cervical cancer, and especially increase research on the inhibition of telomerase activity, HLA polymorphism and the relationship between young cervical cancer. Only by making substantial progress in the study of the etiology and pathogenesis of young cervical cancer can we curb the trend of younger age of cervical cancer.

At the same time, curbing the trend of younger cervical cancer cases also depends on the large-scale and detailed cervical cancer screening work and the active treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.

We should also actively publicize knowledge on the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, advocate late marriage and late childbearing to raise women's health awareness in order to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer among young people.

In addition to the above measures, girls of appropriate age can choose to receive HPV vaccine according to their specific circumstances.
