Varicocele is also known as varicocele. This disease is very harmful to male fertility. If the scrotum feels heavy when standing and the symptoms are more obvious when walking, you can choose diet therapy, which is very helpful in treating infertility.

1. Symptoms and Signs

Symptomatic varicocele may have a history of primary diseases such as kidney tumors and hydronephrosis; primary varicocele may have a history of male infertility. When the patient stands, the scrotum swells, and there is a feeling of heaviness and distension, which may radiate to the lower abdomen, groin or waist. It worsens when walking and working, and is relieved after lying down to rest. 1. Dietary Recipe for Varicocele 1- Kumquat Root and Pork Tripe

30 grams of kumquat root, 100-15 grams of pork tripe, add 4 bowls of water, drink the soup and eat the meat. Suitable for varicocele of liver qi stagnation type.

2. Dietary prescription for varicocele 2-Shengma, sesame and fennel wrapped pig intestine

10 grams of Cimicifuga, 60 grams of black sesame, 10 grams of fennel, and a section of pig large intestine. Put the three herbs in the pig large intestine, tie the two ends tightly, add appropriate amount of water and cook until done. Remove the fennel, Cimicifuga and sesame, season and drink the soup before eating the pig large intestine. Those who suffer from constipation can eat black sesame seeds. Suitable for varicocele of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.

3. Dietary prescription for varicocele 3-Ginseng and Astragalus Dual-core Porridge

20 grams of Astragalus, 30 grams of Codonopsis, 15 grams of litchi kernel, 15 grams of mango kernel, and 15 grams of polished rice, cook into porridge for consumption. Suitable for varicocele of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.

4. Dietary prescription for varicocele 4-Orange seed, motherwort and black bean syrup

15 grams of orange seeds, 30 grams of motherwort, 60 grams of black beans, add 3 bowls of water and boil until one bowl remains, add appropriate amount of brown sugar. Suitable for varicocele of blood stasis type.
