Why do women have trouble urinating?

When women have difficulty urinating, it may be due to kidney problems or inflammation caused by urinary tract infections. The female vagina is in a very susceptible area to infection, so once it is infected by inflammation, urinary abnormalities will occur, leading to urinary incontinence.

1. Due to the regulating and filtering function of the kidneys , the urine volume increases, the frequency of urination also increases, and urinary incontinence occurs. In pathological conditions, such as some patients with diabetes and diabetes insipidus, they drink a lot of water, urinate a lot, and urinate more frequently. But there was no discomfort in urination.

2. Increased urine volume:

As urine volume increases, the frequency of urination will also increase accordingly. Under physiological conditions, such as drinking a lot of water or beer, the increased water intake will lead to an increase in urine volume.

3. Psychoneural factors:

It occurs during the day or before falling asleep at night, and is generally caused by mental tension or occurs in patients with hysteria. This may also be accompanied by urinary urgency and pain.

4. Reduced bladder capacity:

If there is a space-occupying lesion in the bladder, compression from the enlarged uterus during pregnancy, tuberculous bladder contracture, or large bladder stones, etc. Urinating relieves pressure on the bladder.

5. Non-inflammatory stimulation:

For example, urinary tract stones and foreign bodies usually present as incomplete urination in women. After understanding the reasons for incomplete urination, women should go to the hospital for relevant examinations in time.
