The lesions turn white after application of 5% acetic acid.

The early symptoms of female genital warts are typically pink or red papules at first, which gradually increase in size and number, and merge into nipple-like, cauliflower-like or cockscomb-like growths. The surface of the warts is white, gray or pink, and there is itching, burning pain and a foul odor.

3. The incubation period of pseudo-condyloma is 3 days to 3 weeks. It is self-limiting and generally asymptomatic, with some causing local itching. It is more common to see symmetrical distribution of the labia minora on both sides, rarely occurring in two locations at the same time. The lesions appear as caviar or pearl-like papules, some are polyp-like or villous, do not fuse, and there is no history of promiscuity. They do not turn white after application of 5% acetic acid.
