Girls breast development stages chart

Girls breast development stages chart

Under normal circumstances, girls will start to grow and develop after the age of 10. The growth period of girls is rapid and short, especially the development of breasts is more obvious, and the growth and development of various areas are unpredictable. Next, let's take a look at the analysis of the girl's breast development process.

1. What is the whole process of girls' development?

This type of question is not easy to answer, because the development stage of girls is unpredictable and cannot be ruled out. It cannot be explained in a few words. It is better for us to look at the development stage together. Boys, please don't read it.

2. The whole process of growth and development of adolescent girls

1. For girls, under normal conditions, they will begin to show signs of growth after the age of ten. When they are ten to eleven years old, their height and weight will grow rapidly. Therefore, girls usually surpass boys at this time. By this time, the breasts have already changed. The nipples will be slightly raised. The nipple color will change slightly, and pubic hair will begin to grow at this time.

2. I would also like to point out here that some girls may still have ordinary breasts when they are 20 years old. Some people never have two pubic hairs on their lower body in their entire life. It is possible, but it is not necessarily the result of malnutrition. Most people simply grow and develop differently from others due to factors such as genes and nutrition.

9-10 years old section:

Sexual development begins, and the pelvis is the first to take over. We find that during this period, the pelvis begins to widen slowly and quietly. Then comes the chest, where the nipple on one side or one side gradually protrudes like a bud.

10-11 years old:

The breasts gradually swell like hillocks. If you touch them carefully, you can feel a small lump of slightly hard material. At the same time, the nipple area expands, indicating that the mammary glands have begun to develop.

11-12 years old:

A small amount of short and fine hair begins to grow in the private parts, but it is not yet true pubic hair.

12-13 years old section:

Under the stimulation of estrogen secreted by the uterus and ovaries, the breasts significantly accelerate their growth pace, and you may feel mild pain. But there is no need to worry, this is a physiological phenomenon during the development stage. After the mammary glands are fully developed, the pain will naturally subside.

13-14 years old section:

Most girls have their first menarche, which is called their first menstruation (some may be as early as 11-12 years old, and some may be as late as 18-19 years old). Menarche is one of the key signs of puberty in girls. When menstruation comes for the first time, the ovaries are not yet stable, so the menstrual cycle is often irregular. Later, as the body grows and develops, the menstrual period will naturally become more regular. Ovulation usually occurs in the second year after the first menstruation, and it begins when the menstrual cycle becomes normal. Ovulation may occur in every cycle. In addition, sweat hair has just started to grow under the armpits on both sides.

14-15 years old section:

The pelvis widens significantly further and the menstrual cycle begins. If the menstrual cycle increases to more than six months, or a menstrual period exceeds 11 days, it is abnormal and you should seek help from a doctor. Real male pubic hair begins to replace down hair. The growth of male pubic hair goes through four stages: sparse and light in color, gradually darkening, widening, and curly, and from a small amount to a concentrated distribution, before reaching the pubic hair distribution of adult women.

3. Common problems of adolescent girls

The mammary gland continues to grow, fat and blood vessels increase, the entire breast protrudes, and the dark brown nipple around the nipple gradually expands. For about 80% of girls, their breasts develop close to those of adults when they are 16 to 19 years old.

The pubic hair of a typical adult female is distributed in an inverted triangle shape, but there are also some individual differences.
