4. Braised Tofu with Fungus

15 grams of black fungus, 60 grams of tofu, 15 grams each of onion and garlic, 1 gram of pepper, 3 grams of chili, and appropriate amount of vegetable oil. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, and when it is 60% hot, add tofu and cook for about ten minutes. Then add fungus and stir-fry. Finally, add chili, pepper, onion, garlic and other seasonings and stir well. This prescription has the effect of replenishing qi and nourishing yin, and nourishing the heart and kidneys.
