1. The water for foot bathing should not be too hot

3. Do not add Chinese medicine to the foot bath water

4. Do not massage while soaking your feet

However, for pregnant women, the blood circulation speeds up during the foot soaking process. If they also massage to relax the blood vessels, it can easily cause abnormal fetal movement, and in severe cases even cause miscarriage or premature birth.
