2. Qi stagnation and blood stasis leading to irregular menstruation, bloating or stabbing pain in the lower abdomen, bloating and pain in the breasts, depression, and irritability. The tongue coating is thin white, the tongue is dark, and the pulse is stringy and astringent.

3. Cold stagnation and blood stasis cause fear of cold, cold limbs, cold pain in the lower abdomen, soreness and heaviness in the waist and buttocks. Relieved by warmth, less menstrual flow, and aggravated abdominal pain. The tongue coating is thin and white, the tongue is dark, and the pulse is deep and stringy.

4. Excessive heat and blood stasis cause internal heat, fever in the afternoon, thirst, headache, dry mouth, red urine, constipation, lower abdominal pain, and heavy menstruation. The tongue coating is thin, yellow and dry, the tongue is red, and the pulse is rapid.

5. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis cause lumbar and sacral pain, which is aggravated by standing for a long time or after sexual intercourse, with multi-colored clear discharge, loss of libido, frequent urination, dizziness and fatigue. The tongue coating is thin, the tongue is dark red, and the pulse is deep, thin and stringy.
