Which Pu'er tea grade 1 to 10 is better?

The higher the grade of Pu'er tea, the worse the quality. Among the grades 1 to 10, grade 1 is the best. Pu'er tea can be ranked from special grade to grade 10. In addition to the eleven grades, there are also Pu'er Emperor, Pu'er Golden Bud, Palace Pu'er, Pu'er Gift Tea, Pu'er Tuan Tea and other types.

Pu'er tea is a specialty of Yunnan Province. The young branches have slight hairs, the terminal buds have white soft hairs, and the leaves are thin and oval. It is mainly distributed in the old forests in southwestern Yunnan.

The processed Pu'er tea can be drunk plain or mixed with other drinks. The tea soup is thick orange-yellow, with a pleasant aroma, a long-lasting tea flavor, a rich and unique taste, and it can be brewed for a long time.

Pu'er tea can be divided into grades from special to ten according to its sensory quality and characteristics. How to wake up Pu'er ripe tea

First, use a tea needle or tea knife to dissolve the compressed Pu'er tea cake, and then place the dissolved tea leaves in a clean, odor-free, ventilated, cool place for about a week. Finally, store the tea leaves in a purple clay pot or ceramic jar.

Ripe Pu'er tea generally needs to be awakened, especially those that are relatively recent in year, as the tea's fermented flavor will be stronger.

Zisha pots have good heat insulation, light-proof and air permeability. Putting tea leaves in them can quickly condense the tea quality and aroma.

Does Pu'er tea expire?

Pu'er tea will expire. Its best shelf life is only about 10 years. The concept of "the older, the better" only applies within the shelf life. If it is not stored properly, the shelf life will be shortened accordingly. If there are water stains on the paper package of Pu'er tea, the tea cake is frosted, has mold spots or has a moldy smell, it may have gone bad and it is recommended not to drink it.

High temperature and humid environment can easily cause Pu'er tea to mold, so it should be stored in a ventilated and cool environment with a temperature of 20℃~30℃ and a humidity of less than 75%. It should also be kept away from foods with peculiar smell to prevent Pu'er tea from absorbing odors.

Most Pu'er tea is meant to be consumed after several years. Before brewing, you need to wash the tea leaves. First, pour in 100℃ boiling water and then pour out the water after 10 to 20 seconds. This will not only filter out the impurities in the tea leaves, but also make the subsequent brewed tea more fragrant.

Most Pu'er teas are compressed, and the essence starts to be released from the third brew. Generally, the third to fifth brew is when Pu'er tea tastes the best.
