If a female friend experiences infertility, she should go to a regular hospital for examination. The seven-item infertility antibody test is now a common examination method. It conducts more professional examinations for infertility situations, so as to better find out the cause of infertility. The seven infertility antibody tests include: ① Antisperm antibodies (AsAb); used for auxiliary diagnosis of immune infertility. Female friends with positive antisperm antibodies mostly suffer from inflammation such as endometritis, vaginitis or salpingitis before the onset of the disease. For men, about 10% of infertile people have positive anti-sperm antibodies in their blood. Male compatriots may suffer from diseases such as inflammation of the vas deferens or blockage due to other reasons. ② Anti-endometrial antibodies (AEMAb): used for auxiliary diagnosis of immune infertility, it is an effective indicator for diagnosis and efficacy observation of patients with endometriosis and secondary infertility. This antibody damages the function of endometrial glands, which interferes with and hinders the implantation of the fertilized egg and the development of the embryonic sac, thereby causing infertility and early miscarriage. ③ Anti-zona pellucida antibody (AzpAb): It can cause ovulation disorders, cause the mother to reject the embryo and affect its development, seal sperm and prevent sperm from combining with eggs. Experts from Nanchang Huashan Hospital said that the longer the infertility lasts, the higher the positive rate of anti-zona pellucida antibodies, which means the higher the chance of suffering from infertility and the more difficult it is to cure. Therefore, infertile patients should be examined and treated early. ④ Anti-trophoblast antibody (AhcGAb): It is an auxiliary diagnostic indicator for patients with recurrent miscarriage. The increase in antibody levels causes abnormal maternal immune function, resulting in changes in placental tissue and function, and ultimately leading to miscarriage. ⑤ Anti-human chorionic gonadotropin antibodies (AHCGAb): Pregnant women need sufficient estrogen and progesterone to maintain pregnancy. Anti-chorionic antibodies block the secretion of these hormones, leading to miscarriage; furthermore, they can instigate the mother's lymphocytes to reject the fetus, causing infertility. ⑥ Antiphospholipid antibodies (AcpAb): Antiphospholipid antibodies can cause women to experience recurrent miscarriages, stillbirths, etc., and the fetuses of pregnant women with this antibody will experience growth retardation, with an occurrence rate of about 15.0%. ⑦ Anti-ovarian antibodies (AOVAb): From egg generation, maturation, discharge, sperm-egg combination, sperm-egg combination to implantation in the uterus, "anti-ovarian antibodies" destroy and hinder every link, eventually leading to infertility, premature ovarian failure, and irregular menstruation. |
