Breast nodules disappeared after menstruation

Due to body structure, women sometimes develop symptoms due to changes in some female hormones in the body. Some women have breast nodules before menopause. Will the breast nodules disappear after menopause?

If a woman has breast nodules before menopause, there is a high chance that they will disappear after menopause. Current research on the causes of breast nodules suggests that women develop breast nodules due to endocrine imbalance, mainly affected by the influence of estrogen. If a woman has reached menopause, it means that the estrogen level has begun to decline, and breast nodules will generally gradually disappear after menopause.

Breast nodules are actually breast lumps, which are a symptom of breast disease, including breast hyperplasia, breast fibroids and other diseases. Breast lumps are generally benign symptoms and are more common in women of appropriate age, but they usually disappear slowly after menopause. However, women still need to pay attention to their condition, because breast lumps can also turn into malignant diseases.

Generally, patients with breast lumps will experience regular pain when waking up. The pain may be worse before menstruation, but it will subside after the menstrual period. For some patients with worsening conditions, the pain may spread to the shoulders, back, and armpits. Some patients may continue to have lumps in their breasts. Women whose condition worsens are advised to go to the hospital outpatient clinic as soon as possible to confirm the condition.

What can't you eat if you have a breast lump?

1. Wine. Drinking alcohol is also considered to be one of the causes of breast disease. Studies have found that women who drink pure grain wine every day have a significantly increased chance of developing breast cancer. Experts emphasize that in order to maintain breast health, please give up alcohol and smoking.

2. Freshly ground coffee, cola nuts, chocolate and other foods. These foods contain a lot of xanthine, which can promote the formation of breast lumps, so you should be careful to avoid these foods in your daily life.

3. Spicy food stimulating seasonings or ingredients. Such as ginger, garlic, chili pepper, amaranth, pepper, fried foods, animal fat, desserts and too many tonic foods.
