(4) Patients with mild symptoms can do aerobic exercises such as Tai Chi and jogging. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that walking and running exercises have certain health benefits. When walking, your heels should land first, and your breathing should be combined with the speed of walking. You should not walk too fast. When running, your breathing should be combined with the speed of running. It should not be too fast to avoid increasing the burden on your body. However, if the uterine fibroids are relatively large, you must not engage in strenuous exercise and must receive professional treatment early to prevent the condition from worsening.
