1. Dietary recommendations on the first day after surgery:

Millet porridge: Boil water in a pot; after the water boils, pour in the unwashed millet; after boiling over high heat, skim off the foam on the surface; add a few drops of cooking oil, then turn to low heat, cover the pot with a lid leaving a gap and cook for 25 minutes; keep stirring the porridge in the pot while opening it, continue to cook on low heat for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

2. Dietary recommendations for the 2nd to 3rd day after surgery:

Thick rice soup: Put rice and water in a pot; boil over high heat, then reduce the heat slightly to keep boiling; pay attention to the shape of the rice, and when the rice has just bloomed but not expanded, scoop out some to taste; if you find that the rice is no longer hard, it means it is cooked, then immediately take a colander and scoop out all the rice in the porridge, and the rest is the thick rice soup, which can be drunk after cooling a little.

3. Dietary recommendations for the 3rd to 4th day after surgery:

Beef soup: 150g beef, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of cornstarch. Slice the beef and add appropriate amount of salt and cornstarch. Keep squeezing the beef for about ten minutes to soften the beef fibers, then leave it for another ten minutes to relax. After the water boils, add beef, ginger slices, and appropriate amount of salt. After boiling, add scallion segments.

Egg custard: Crack two room temperature raw eggs into a bowl of suitable size and beat them together with salt. Slowly inject the egg liquid. Add times the amount of cold boiled water and dry starch (a small amount, just dip the tip of chopsticks in a little), and mix thoroughly again. Cover the bowl with a lid (or cover tightly with thick plastic wrap). After the steamer starts to emit steam, place the bowl containing the egg liquid into the steamer and steam it for 12 to 15 minutes. After turning off the heat, do not open the lid and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes before serving. Before serving, open the lid of the bowl (or remove the plastic wrap), pour steamed fish soy sauce on the surface of the egg custard, and garnish with chopped green onions.

4. Dietary recommendations for one week after surgery:

Small wontons: Chop 70% lean meat and 30% fat into minced meat, and mix well with chopped green onion, chopped ginger and salt. Wrap the mixed meat filling in wonton wrappers and put them into boiling water one by one. Take out the wontons when they float to the surface.
