How can I get pregnant? Five steps to help you

Every couple after marriage wants to have a child of their own as soon as possible, and they learn about the conception process every day. The editor reminds you that this step alone is not enough, you also need to ensure the quality of sperm, choose the correct time for conception, etc.

1. Understand conception

Before we understand how to get pregnant, we must first understand what conception is. Conception is the process in which the male sperm and the female egg combine to form a fertilized egg, which then implants in the endometrium and rises to develop. We call this conception.

2. Ensure sperm quality

It is very important to ensure the quality of sperm before pregnancy. If the male's sperm is poor, it will also affect normal conception. Zinc is an important element for improving sperm quality. It is involved in the entire process of sperm production, maturation, activation and capacitation. By supplementing new elements, the density and motility of sperm can be improved. Foods that are high in zinc in our daily diet include pork liver, pork kidney, lean meat, fish, seaweed, oysters, beans, walnuts, peanuts, etc. In addition, not smoking, not drinking, and avoiding spicy and stimulating food are also effective ways to improve sperm quality (smoking and drinking should generally be stopped at least half a year in advance).

3. Fertility test

Some women may suffer from infertility if they do not receive timely treatment for gynecological diseases. Before becoming pregnant, they can go to the hospital for formal diagnosis and treatment to ensure that they do not have diseases such as endometriosis and reproductive system inflammation. Check the male's physical condition to ensure that there are no diseases such as semen abnormalities, sexual dysfunction, endocrine dysfunction, etc.

4. Choose the time of conception

Choosing the right date for conception is also an important factor in ensuring pregnancy. A woman's ovulation period is 14 days before the next menstrual period. Having sex three days before and after this time can normally ensure pregnancy.

5. Contraceptive measures are prohibited

Couples no longer need to use condoms during intercourse, women do not need to take birth control pills after intercourse, and couples are prohibited from using any similar contraceptive measures during intercourse.
