How to treat endometrial tuberculosis? Pay attention to anti-tuberculosis!

Endometrial tuberculosis is a common gynecological disease in clinical practice, which is endometritis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Many people do not know how to treat endometrial tuberculosis. For this type of problem, you must pay attention to anti-tuberculosis treatment and systemic drug treatment to avoid the worsening of endometritis.

1. Treatment with uterine dilation and drainage and estrogen:

For patients with chronic endometritis or senile endometritis, appropriate treatment can be carried out by dilating the cervix, which is beneficial for the drainage of uterine secretions and thus eliminates the cause. Due to certain individual differences, you can consult online experts for specific treatment methods.

2. Clear the uterine cavity residues and other foreign bodies:

If endometritis occurs after delivery or miscarriage, and if there is residual placental tissue, the patient can be treated with antibiotics, and the residue must be removed immediately. It is mainly aimed at slightly protruding uterine cavity residues. Try to avoid curettage. When the antibiotic reaches a certain dose and the inflammation is under control, curettage can be performed to prevent the spread of inflammation. Once active bleeding occurs in the uterus, large amounts of antibiotics should be used to clean the uterine cavity at the same time. If there is an IUD in the uterus, it should be removed as soon as possible to help eliminate the primary lesion and better control the spread of inflammation.

3. Systemic medication

Oral anti-tuberculosis drugs, rifampicin, isoniazid, etc.

4. Anti-tuberculosis treatment

At present, anti-tuberculosis treatment adopts short-term combination drug therapy, which shortens the medication time, reduces the medication dosage, alleviates the toxic reactions of drugs, and is easier for patients to accept. When using the medication, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that anti-tuberculosis drugs may cause toxic reactions in some patients, such as nerve damage, liver and kidney function damage (including jaundice), and make appropriate treatment according to the specific situation of the patient.
