What causes vaginal pain?

Vaginal pain is a common condition for female friends. Especially due to their special physiological structure, women are more susceptible to gynecological diseases, such as common vulvitis, cervical erosion and urethritis, which will show these symptoms.

1. Vulvitis

When women suffer from vulvitis or vaginitis, there is inflammation in these parts, and there is usually local congestion and swelling. 2. Cervicitis

Cervicitis or cervical erosion, under the direct stimulation of sexual intercourse, especially the contraction of the uterine cervix during orgasm, can lead to persistent discomfort in the genitals afterwards, and sometimes there will be a small amount of vaginal bleeding.

3. Urethritis

When there is urethritis or inflammation of the urethra, sexual intercourse causes local irritation. As the perineal muscles contract, the muscles around the urethra and perineum also contract synergistically, and spasmodic dull pain and discomfort will reappear for a period of time after sexual intercourse.

4. Pain in the genitals after sexual intercourse

The occasional dull pain and discomfort in the genitals after sexual intercourse may be caused by sexual intercourse lasting too long or being too intense, so there is no need to panic. If the above symptoms occur after each sexual intercourse, you should find out the cause, seek timely treatment, and suspend sexual intercourse to avoid aggravating the condition and symptoms.
