How to treat chronic cervicitis? Home remedies are important

Chronic cervical inflammation is a problem that many women are prone to. 1. Western medicine treatment

Keep the vulva clean, take sitz baths frequently with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution, change underwear frequently, and temporarily refrain from sexual intercourse and tub baths after taking the medicine. If there is a lot of mucus, you can scrub it with 3% to 4% soda water, or you can use 5% potassium dichromate or 20% to 40% silver nitrate.

2. Chinese medicine treatment

1. Dampness and heat

Symptoms: Leucorrhea is heavy, yellowish-white or purulent, or bloody. Painful intercourse or vaginal bleeding after intercourse. Lower back pain, abdominal distension, or frequent and painful urination, vaginal itching, bitter taste in the mouth and dry throat. The tongue is red with yellow greasy coating, and the pulse is stringy and slippery.

Diet therapy: ① 9 grams of lentil flower and 12 grams of Chinese toon bark, wrap them with gauze, add 200 ml of water, and boil them to 150 ml.

② Put 30g of new silkworm litter (wrapped in cloth) and 30g of Job's tears into a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil it.

2. Symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency: excessive and thin vaginal discharge, continuous and continuous discharge, poor appetite, fatigue, soreness of waist and knees, dull complexion, or loose stools. The tongue is pale with white or greasy coating, and the pulse is soft and slow.

Diet therapy: ① 6 grams of deer antler, 30 ginkgo nuts, 30 grams of Chinese yam, and 1 pig bladder. ② 30 grams of Eucommia ulmoides (wrapped in cloth) and 30-60 grams of polished rice, cook them together into porridge, remove the residue and eat the porridge.

3. Home treatment

1. Massage: First rub your palms to warm them up, then push your lower abdomen down with your palms for several times, and then use your palms to massage the inner thighs for several times. Apply more techniques to the painful areas until you feel a sense of heat. Finally, rub the lumbar sacral area several times with your palms, then switch to the rubbing method for 2 to 3 minutes to transfer the heat to the lower abdomen.

2. Application: Fumigation and washing: 30g of Cnidium monnieri, 30g of Sophora flavescens, 15g of Alumen, 10g of Phellodendron chinense, decocted in water.
