Eye bags, dark circles and other eye skin problems bother many girls. Having eye bags makes you feel like you are ten years older. In addition to congenital factors, the main reason for the formation of eye bags is insufficient maintenance. It is difficult to eliminate eye bags by yourself, so many people choose surgery to remove eye bags. So what are the precautions? 1. There are two conventional methods: internal cutting and external cutting 1. External incision eye bag plastic surgery That is the traditional standard method of eye bag removal surgery. During the operation, the incision is made along the lower edge of the lower eyelid eyelashes to the outer canthal groove, and the bulging eye bag fat is removed after separation through the incision. At the same time, tighten the lower eyelid skin, cut off excess lower eyelid skin, and remove wrinkles on the lower eyelid skin. The incision of this method is concealed, and it is difficult to see the incision mark 1 to 2 months after healing. This method is mainly suitable for sagging lower eyelid skin and hypertrophy of the orbicularis oculi muscle of the lower eyelid (pseudo-eye bags), which are mainly manifested by sagging lower eyelid skin and wrinkles, non-protruding orbital septum fat, and sometimes atrophy and slight concave state, or hypertrophy of the orbicularis oculi muscle of the lower eyelid related to family heredity. 2. Internal incision eye bag surgery This is a currently popular eye bag plastic surgery, which removes eye fat through a small incision in the conjunctival sac of the lower eye. Therefore, there is no incision on the skin surface, which is very popular among young patients. This method is mainly suitable for patients with orbital fat protrusion, that is, typical eye bags caused by orbital septum bulging, without loose lower eyelid skin and skin wrinkles. 2. Surgical indications and contraindications Anyone who is healthy and wants to remove eye bags can undergo this surgery. Patients with mental illness or other infectious diseases are not suitable for this surgery. 3. Precautions before surgery 1. Do not take drugs containing aspirin within two weeks before surgery, because aspirin will reduce the function of platelet coagulation; 2. Patients with hypertension and diabetes should tell their doctors their conditions in detail during the initial visit so that the attending doctor can confirm the surgical plan; 3. Before the operation, make sure you are in good health and have no infectious diseases or other body inflammation; 4. Do not wear makeup before surgery; 5. Women should avoid menstruation period; IV. Postoperative precautions It is common to see congestion and edema around the eyes after surgery. Apply local cold compress for two days after surgery, and switch to hot compress after the third day. This can reduce the degree of congestion and edema and help the edema subside. After external incision blepharoplasty, the orbicularis oculi relaxes and loses its normal tension, causing mild ectropion for a short period of time. This condition usually returns to normal 2 to 3 months after the operation. |
