What are breast nodules?

Types of breast nodules:

(3) Fibroadenoma or papilloma. This type of breast nodule is a solitary lump with clear boundaries, large mobility, and a sense of adhesion, but no pain.

(4) Fibrocystic hyperplasia or sclerotic breast disease. This type of breast nodules usually occurs in women over 30 years old. There are multiple small nodules, which are in clusters and tough in texture, but with unclear boundaries. They are often bilateral and slightly painful. But it has nothing to do with the menstrual cycle.

Causes of breast nodules:

The cause of breast nodules is endocrine hormone imbalance. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is caused by poor emotions and blocked liver qi, while Western medicine believes that marriage, childbirth, diet, the external environment in which people live, and genetic factors are the main causes of breast disease.
