For incline dumbbell presses, you can put something on the coffee table or stool to keep your body at a certain incline. Lie on it, holding a bottle of red wine in each hand, feet flat on the ground, stretch your arms upward so that they are directly above your shoulders, palms facing forward, wrists straight, abdomen tightened, bend your elbows to put down the weights, elbows slightly lower than shoulders, straighten your arms and return to the starting position. Key points: Do not arch your back, and keep your elbows bent at 90 degrees. Perform 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 15 reps.

2. Massage

1: After bathing, apply moisturizing lotion all over your body. Open your mouth wide with a smile, repeat 20 times to strengthen the neck muscles; use your hands to lift the breasts from bottom to top and from outside to inside, and then extend the massage to the area above the chest to the neck, using the same technique of lifting upwards, and massage for about 5 minutes.
