1: Onion and ginger can treat dizziness

Take 7 scallion stems and 9 grams of ginger, decoct in water and drink it. Cover yourself with a skirt and you will recover after sweating. It is a drug for dispelling cold and dispersing exterior pathogens, suitable for wind-cold headaches, with symptoms of pain extending to the neck and back, often accompanied by chills and fever, body aches, no sweating, thin white tongue coating, and a floating and tight pulse.

2: Soak your hands in hot water to relieve dizziness

1: Get a basin of clean hot water and soak your hands in it. The amount of water should be enough to soak your wrists, and hot water should be added continuously to maintain the water temperature. After soaking for half an hour, the dizziness may be alleviated or even disappear completely.

3. Eggs and brown sugar to treat dizziness

1: Heat an appropriate amount of soybean oil in a pan, pour 2 eggs and 30 grams of brown sugar (add a little water and stir) into the pan and fry until cooked. Take it on an empty stomach for 10 consecutive days. To consolidate the therapeutic effect, you can take it for a few more days.

6: Chrysanthemum and Chuanxiong for dizziness

9 grams of chrysanthemum, 9 grams of gypsum, and 9 grams of Chuanxiong are ground into powder. Take 9 grams each time with clear tea. It is a drug for dispelling wind and clearing away heat, and is suitable for wind-heat headache, which is often accompanied by dizziness, fever or aversion to wind, slight sweating, irritability, slight thirst, or mild cough and thick tongue coating.

7. Try to reduce the number of times you stay up late to work overtime

Reduce the time spent in front of the computer or at a desk, and get up and walk around after working for half an hour, or stop to do eye exercises. When you stay up late to work overtime, you should replenish your brain nutrition in time, drink a glass of milk, eat some high-quality protein foods, etc.
