Maintain a few good habits and say "no" to gynecological diseases!

There are many types of gynecological diseases, among which vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts are the most common gynecological diseases.

Perhaps many people think that only married women with children will be troubled by gynecological diseases. However, it is not only these women who go to the hospital for gynecological diseases, but also many young women. Most of them are related to women’s daily living habits. Therefore, female friends should not wait until they have gynecological diseases before rushing to the hospital for treatment, but start saying "no" to some bad habits from now on!

1. Don’t ignore pain

Lower abdominal pain is a problem that many women experience, especially during menstruation. Perhaps this is why women tend to ignore its seriousness. In fact, this may be caused by gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. So don't ignore small problems in your body. Many serious illnesses are caused by minor illnesses that are not treated in time.

2. Do not machine wash underwear

In order to save time, female friends often throw their underwear into the washing machine. Washing machines are the most likely to harbor mold. There are some mold viruses that cannot be completely eliminated even if the washed clothes are exposed to sunlight. Especially when putting close-fitting underwear into the washing machine for washing, the risk of causing gynecological diseases is quite high. Women's underwear should not be mixed with other items when washed in the washing machine. You can prepare a special basin to wash it separately. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should pay extra attention to this.

3. Not using a pad

Many women are accustomed to using sanitary pads to avoid direct contact between private parts and underwear, believing that this can keep the vagina clean. In fact, this idea is not feasible. The manufacturing process of sanitary pads lacks breathability. If used for a long time, more bacteria will breed due to poor breathability, causing gynecological diseases such as inflammation. Sanitary pads only need to be used during menstruation or before and after menstruation, and should be changed frequently.
