How to nourish the kidneys for women

Relatively speaking, female friends should pay more attention to diet when it comes to kidney nourishing and health preservation, because their physical constitution does not allow them to do some more difficult movements to achieve the effect of kidney nourishing and health preservation, so try to start with diet. If you make some appropriate changes in your daily diet, you can make your kidneys healthier. You also need to change your previous living habits and pursue a healthier life.

First of all, in terms of diet, you must focus on light food.

It is not advisable to drink too much spicy and delicious hot pot soup or rich and aromatic vegetable and juice soup. Although most people think that more fresh fruits and vegetables are better, women with kidney deficiency should avoid certain foods. Although most vegetables and fruits can help lower blood pressure, most of them also contain potassium. Eating too much of them for a long time may damage kidney function.

A scientific diet should be developed with moderate protein in the diet. Excessive protein intake will increase the burden on the kidneys. The usual daily protein intake is 0.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. Eating more foods rich in fiber is beneficial for smooth bowel movements and excretion.

Secondly, salt is also the culprit that increases the burden on the kidneys.

The sodium in salt makes it difficult for the body to excrete water, and in severe cases it can lead to impaired kidney function. Therefore, daily salt intake should be controlled within six grams as much as possible.

Strong condiments such as pepper, mustard, coffee, chili, etc. are not good for kidney function and should be avoided. Since MSG will make you thirsty after eating too much, you should also use less MSG when limiting your water intake.

Again, women with kidney deficiency should drink water.

Because water can assist the kidneys in processing waste, it can also allow urine to be excreted quickly, effectively preventing the formation of stones. But be careful not to replace it with drinks. The caffeine in beverages often causes blood pressure to rise, and high blood pressure is also one of the important factors that damage the kidneys.

At the same time, you should also eat less meat. Meat is rich in protein, and excessive protein intake can cause certain damage to the kidneys.

If you have kidney deficiency, you should drink more boiled water, because if you consume enough boiled water, you can increase your kidney metabolism and allow toxins from all aspects to be excreted from the body as soon as possible. However, you must be careful not to drink beverages frequently, and try not to use beverages instead of boiled water.
