3. Supine exercise: Lie on your back on the bed or bench, hold dumbbells in both hands, stretch your arms out, rely on the contraction of your chest muscles to raise your arms straight up, then relax and return to the original position, repeat 20-30 times per minute.

There are many ways to enlarge your breasts through exercise, such as stretching exercises. You can do it while sitting or standing. Place both arms on the inside of your body and slowly lift them up. When they reach the height of your head and shoulders, lift them forward again. When they are about to touch, separate your hands and slowly return to the original position to relax your muscles. Repeat this six or seven times.
