Ectopic pregnancy is a common condition among modern women. Many people experience ectopic pregnancy during pregnancy. If you want to confirm an ectopic pregnancy, it is best for pregnant women to actively do an ultrasound examination after confirming that they are pregnant. B-ultrasound examination can determine whether you really have an ectopic pregnancy. So what does the ultrasound report of ectopic pregnancy show?

1. What information does the ultrasound report show for ectopic pregnancy?

The most common ectopic pregnancy is fallopian tube pregnancy. B-ultrasound will show that there is no gestational sac in the uterine cavity, and a small lump can be seen in the left or right adnexal area. If the blood test shows low progesterone, HBCG doubling is not good or even decreased, the pregnant woman may have a small amount of vaginal bleeding or abdominal pain on one side, it is likely to be an ectopic pregnancy and needs to be hospitalized immediately.

2. Symptoms of different types of ectopic pregnancy

Tubal pregnancy: Tubal pregnancy accounts for about 95% of ectopic pregnancies, among which ampulla pregnancy is the most common, accounting for about 78%, followed by muscle wall and fimbria, and interstitial pregnancy is relatively rare. The typical symptoms of tubal pregnancy are abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding after menstruation. The patient may also have an abdominal mass or even fainting and shock.

Ovarian pregnancy: Ovarian pregnancy refers to the combination of sperm and egg in the uterus and ovary, the implantation and growth of the embryo, with a prevalence rate of 1:7000-1:50000. The clinical symptoms of ovarian pregnancy are very similar to those of fallopian tube pregnancy, including amenorrhea, abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding.

Abdominal pregnancy: Abdominal pregnancy refers to the test tube embryo or fetus located in the abdomen outside the bilateral fallopian tubes, uterus, ovaries and broad tendon. Patients experience amenorrhea and early pregnancy reactions, and often have symptoms of anemia of unclear cause in the early stages of pregnancy, accompanied by abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. Then the vaginal bleeding stops and the abdomen slowly expands. Pregnant women often feel pain in the lower abdomen when the baby moves, and the symptoms gradually worsen as the baby grows.

Cervical pregnancy: When the embryo implants and grows and develops in the cervical canal, it is called cervical pregnancy. The clinical symptoms are painless vaginal bleeding or pink discharge. The amount of bleeding generally ranges from a little to a lot, and can also be intermittent heavy vaginal bleeding.
