It is recommended that you take a deep breath and hold it in a fresh air place every morning and evening. At the same time, contract your anus as if you are holding back a bowel movement or urinating, and repeat this more than 100 times. Or you can do urination interruption exercises when urinating, hold back the urine halfway through urination, and then continue urinating after a short pause. Repeat this process. After a period of exercise, the muscle tension around the vagina will increase.

Method 2: If the vagina is loose, you can try the drug "Yin Shu Ling", which is quite effective. You can also do this exercise: take a deep breath, tighten your anus for ten to fifteen seconds, then exhale deeply, relax your anus, and repeat. If the vagina is severely loose, you can go to the hospital for vaginal tightening surgery. Generally, the effect will be permanent and no damage such as vaginal tearing will occur again.

Natural childbirth

Vaginal relaxation mostly occurs in women who have given birth multiple times or whose vaginal muscles are torn or thinned due to a large fetal head during delivery, or in women who fail to fully and completely suture the muscle tissue during episiotomy, causing the vaginal opening to become wide, loose, and have decreased contractility.

Frequent sex

The vagina becomes loose due to aging and frequent stretching over a long period of use. The vagina becomes loose and wide, the stimulation response is reduced, and the vaginal wall exudate is reduced, which directly affects the quality of sexual intercourse for both parties.

For women who have had multiple abortions or medical abortions, "two mutations" occur in their vulva: in the early stages of pregnancy, the muscles of the vagina and pelvis begin to relax. During surgical or medical abortion, the vagina expands and its elasticity decreases. Tissue that cannot be discharged after the operation remains in the vaginal folds and posterior fornix, stretching the inner wall of the vagina.
