How do women maintain their uterus and ovaries?

Gynecological diseases in women have become an important disease that threatens women's physical health. More and more people are suffering from gynecological diseases, which is enough for us to pay enough attention. Women should take good care of their uterus and ovaries, so as to ensure their own health and provide a better development environment for the fetus. So let us learn about how women can maintain their uterus and ovaries!

Strategy 1: Pay attention to cleanliness and create a clean home for your baby

The uterus is a relatively well-guarded secret house, but inappropriate visits by many pathogens can undermine its health.

In daily life, we should pay attention to the cleaning of the vulva to prevent bacteria from entering the uterine cavity through the vagina and causing endometrial infection. It is best to use running water for washing to maintain the natural environment of the vagina; if there is any abnormality, you can use a special lotion for cleaning. In short, try to maintain a weakly acidic environment in the vagina.

Strategy 2: Be alert to menstrual signs and ensure safety

Many uterine problems will be directly reflected in the manifestations of menstruation. If your normal menstrual cycle suddenly changes, such as increased menstrual flow, prolonged or irregular menstruation, or increased vaginal discharge, you need to be alert. 20% to 30% of women may suffer from cervical cancer. Estrogen promotes the proliferation of the endometrium. Fibroids hinder uterine contraction and affect blood circulation, causing endometrial congestion. At the same time, leucorrhea increases, becomes sticky and has an odor.

For women whose menstrual cycles are irregular, first of all, irregular menstruation is also a manifestation of physical disharmony and needs to be treated. On the other hand, in judging health, it is necessary to pay attention to changes in basic blood flow and morphology to ensure the normal function of the uterus.

Strategy 3: Keep a lock on your health by doing daily self-examination

We do not need the complicated equipment in the hospital to perform some routine self-examinations. Observing and summarizing our own bodies every month is a good basis for preventing any disease. Regarding the uterus, you should pay attention to:

1. Observe the leucorrhea. Normal leucorrhea is a small amount of slightly sticky white secretion. Its thickness and amount will change slightly during the menstrual cycle. If it increases significantly, you need to pay attention to it.

2. Identify the source of pain promptly. If you often feel pain in the lower abdomen, back, or sacrum, or severe dysmenorrhea, you should pay attention. It may be that the pelvic nerves are compressed by the tumor, or various symptoms cause irregular uterine contractions. Severe tumors may compress the cervix and hinder blood flow, which can cause severe dysmenorrhea.

3. Be alert to difficulties in urination and defecation caused by pressure. If lesions such as fibroids occur in the uterus, they may compress your bladder, rectum, ureter and other parts, causing symptoms such as difficulty urinating, defecation, and back pain.

The above is a series of methods for women to maintain their uterus and ovaries. After my explanation, I hope everyone can pay enough attention and take more protective measures. In daily life, if you encounter gynecological diseases, you must go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time. Don’t seek medical treatment or take medicine indiscriminately.
