What causes fallopian tube adhesions?

I don't know how much you know about fallopian tube adhesion. This is a very terrible gynecological disease. Fallopian tube adhesion may affect the normal combination of our sperm and egg cells, and may cause infertility symptoms for our female friends. I believe that everyone does not know much about how fallopian tube adhesion is caused, so it is very necessary to familiarize yourself with it.

Adhesions within the fallopian tube lumen are caused by infection of the genital mucosa, which spreads from the vagina to the uterus and the mucosa of the fallopian tube. Ascending infection often causes obstruction of the isthmus of the fallopian tube interstitial portion; adhesions within the fallopian tube lumen cause tubal obstruction infertility. Patient's main symptoms

The infection around the fallopian tube is caused by infection of the lymphatic system. The bacteria invade the pelvic connective tissue and other parts of the internal reproductive organs through the lymphatic vessels of the vulva, vagina, cervix and uterine body trauma. It is puerperal infection, infection after abortion and infection caused by intrauterine contraceptive device placement. The serosa layer of the patient's fallopian tube is congested and edematous and adheres to the surrounding tissues. This infection causes infection of the serosa and muscular layer of the fallopian tube. When doing angiography, the fallopian tube can show that the fallopian tube is unobstructed. There are also cases where the fallopian tube cavity is infected and adhesions occur at the same time. In addition, endometriosis and surgery can also cause fallopian tube adhesions. Adhesions around the fallopian tubes are caused by adhesions between the fallopian tubes, ovaries, and pelvic cavity, which can cause the fallopian tubes to rise, bend, affect the peristalsis of the fallopian tubes, and cause adhesions at the ends of the fallopian tubes, leading to infertility.

Since fallopian tube obstruction and surrounding adhesions are mostly lesions caused by inflammation, even if the inflammation is controlled by antibiotics, fallopian tube adhesions may still exist. Gynecological examination shows thickened fallopian tubes in the pelvic cavity, poor uterine mobility, or the presence of lumps or lock-like objects. Laparoscopic examination of peritubal adhesions can confirm the diagnosis of peritubal adhesions.

Only by being familiar with the causes of fallopian tube adhesion can we better determine our own treatment methods. In recent years, the incidence of various gynecological diseases among female friends is very high, so our female friends must pay attention to their genital hygiene in daily life to avoid blind sexual promiscuity.
