Symptoms of early uterine prolapse

Uterine prolapse is a common disease among women, which has a great impact on women, seriously threatens their physical health, and brings them great pain. I believe that every woman does not want to suffer from uterine prolapse, but the disease will still threaten women's health. What are the symptoms of early uterine prolapse? How should we take preventive measures in our daily lives? See what they say below!

The cause of uterine prolapse is that childbirth causes serious damage and relaxation of the cervix, the main cervical ligament and the uterosacral ligament, and the supporting tissue of the uterus fails to return to normal after childbirth; it can also be caused by abnormal development of the supporting tissue of the reproductive organs, coupled with increased abdominal pressure.

The main symptoms of uterine prolapse include a feeling of falling in the lower abdomen, vagina, and perineum, a feeling of a lump falling out of the vagina, and soreness in the waist and back, which is worse after labor. If the vaginal mucosa prolapses beyond the vaginal opening, urinary tract symptoms may also occur due to frequent friction, ulceration, increased secretions and bleeding, tissue keratinization, and concurrent cystocele. People whose uterine hypertrophy is caused by blood stasis may also experience excessive menstruation. If the prolapsed uterus can be restored, there will be no major obstacles to sexual life and pregnancy.

To prevent uterine prolapse, the main thing is to implement planned childbirth, have fewer and better births, develop new methods of delivery, and ensure postpartum health care. Pay attention to rest within 3 months after delivery to prevent constipation. Avoid squatting on the ground for a long time to wash clothes or do heavy physical labor after giving birth.

Treatment should adopt a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, nutrition, rest, tools and surgery and other comprehensive treatment measures. Patients with first or second degree uterine prolapse can use a pessary, take Chinese medicine, acupuncture, fumigation, etc. Patients with third degree uterine prolapse should undergo surgical treatment, which can generally achieve satisfactory results.

Today's women are under a lot of pressure, not only from family but also from work, which leaves women with little time to take care of themselves. This is why women today are more prone to uterine prolapse. I hope women can understand the symptoms of early uterine prolapse and take preventive measures in advance for their own health.
