What causes uterine prolapse

Uterine prolapse is a common disease among women and causes great harm to them. Even today, there are still many cases of uterine prolapse, which brings a lot of pain to women. This makes many women very scared and they don’t know what to do? What exactly causes uterine prolapse? How can we prevent uterine prolapse?

This disease is more common in working women. Before liberation, the working people suffered from various oppression and exploitation, their lives were not guaranteed, and they used the old method of delivery. When the pelvic floor support tissue was damaged, it was not repaired. After delivery, they were forced to work too early due to life pressures. In addition, they gave birth too many and too frequently, so the whole body and pelvic floor tissues could not recover. Therefore, the incidence of this disease is very high. After liberation, the implementation of new methods of delivery, family planning, and leave systems during pregnancy and after childbirth have continuously improved the health level of women, so the incidence of this disease has dropped significantly. The main cause of this disease is that women are usually weak and have weak pelvic floor muscles. Under certain inducements, the position of the uterus can be lowered. The causes include: too many births, difficult labor, improper delivery, prolonged labor, excessive force, failure to suture soft tissues such as the vagina or perineum after lacerations during delivery, physical labor too early after delivery or standing or squatting for too long; severe coughing, asthma, diarrhea, constipation and other factors that increase fatal abdominal pressure during the postpartum period are all conditions that induce uterine prolapse.

The main symptoms of this disease are: a swelling protruding from the vagina, which can be retracted into the vagina in the early stage but is more difficult in the later stage, a heavy lower abdomen, back pain, difficulty urinating, constipation, excessive and yellow leucorrhea, heavy menstrual flow, and the period may be advanced.

For diseases such as uterine prolapse, timely treatment is naturally required. And for treatment, we naturally need to know the cause. The causes of uterine prolapse have been introduced above. We only hope that we can actively treat it, maintain an optimistic attitude, and defeat the disease. At the same time, we must pay attention to maintaining personal hygiene.
