What are the clinical manifestations of fallopian tube adhesions?

Some women often experience fallopian tube adhesions during surgery due to poor post-operative management, which prevents the eggs from being discharged normally and leads to infertility. If the disease is not controlled and treated in time, it may cause irreversible damage. Therefore, when you find that you have signs of fallopian tube adhesion, you should seek timely treatment. So, what are the symptoms of fallopian tube adhesions?

1. Infertility. The first symptom is infertility. Among female infertility patients, about one-third of the causes are due to fallopian tube problems. Among these various infections, tuberculosis infection is particularly important, which can easily cause serious and irreversible damage to the fallopian tube lining and wall;

2. Pain. The usual pain is dull pain in the lower abdomen and back pain. The pain often worsens during menstruation, after sexual intercourse, or after fatigue, and there are also changes in menstruation such as increased menstrual flow and prolonged menstrual period.

3. Irregular menstruation. Some women will experience abnormal menstruation. Those with severe symptoms may have two periods a month. Black menstrual blood with blood clots indicates blood heat, yellow menstrual blood indicates damp heat, and light menstrual blood indicates false heat. The inflammation will not go away for a long time.

4. Occasionally there is a low fever, and in severe cases there are signs of ascites. There are also some other physical characteristics, but the systemic symptoms are not obvious. Occasionally there is a low fever, such as long-term treatment that cannot be cured. This will seriously affect the patient's quality of life. If the patient is seriously ill, there will be weight loss and a soft abdomen, and sometimes there will be signs of ascites. When a cystic effusion is formed, an inactive, poorly defined cystic mass may be felt in the pelvic cavity.

5. Hirsutism: This disease is mostly caused by hormone disorders. The patient's body will secrete too much cystic androgen, which will make the patient have a masculine tendency and have symptoms of hirsutism.

6. Obesity: Due to long-term stimulation of hormones, patients will become obese, affecting women’s physical and mental health.

The six manifestations introduced above are the common symptoms of fallopian tube adhesions. Not all symptoms necessarily need to appear to be the cause of fallopian tube adhesions. Therefore, when some symptoms appear, people should pay attention to it and go to the hospital for examination in time. If confirmed, timely treatment should be carried out to avoid irreversible damage and affect women's conception.
